Mini TiPi Soiree Birthday Giveaway

Eligibility. This Mini TiPi Soiree Birthday Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all natural citizens located in the Maryland, District of Columba, and Virginia areas who are at least 1yr – 16yrs of age. Entrants must meet the Maryland, District of Columbia, or Norther Virginia’s minimum poverty level to be eligible to enter to win. A Parent or Legal Guardian will be required to submit proof of income (See State Income Guide) and list of family members in household. Void where prohibited. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories, and possessions. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as is void where prohibited by law. All entrants agree a be bonded by these Official Rules.

 

Sponsorship. The Giveaway Sponsor is TiPi Tent Soirees, located at 3715 Delvern Rd., Baltimore, MD 21218 Sponsor and its representative affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administrations, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway subsequently as described in the official rules.

 

Entry Period. There will be a total of 5 winners in one year. The Giveaway begin date will run concurrently during the off season between November 1st 11:59pm through March 31st 11:59pm.

 

How to Enter. During the Entry Period the Giveaway Registration Page located on the Sponsor’s website at www.tipitentsoirees.com or visit sponsor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/tipitentsoirees and follow electronically submit the Giveaway Referral. You will be asked to enter basic contact information including your name, street address and phone number, and email address: (NOTE, you must complete all required fields of the entry form with the information that is valid on the date of the drawing. If entering from Facebook, you must be the owner of the email account associated with the Facebook account from which your entry was made. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to Facebook. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or retuned.     

 

Limitations of Entry. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL PER 24 HOURS. No third-party entry or entry through any Sponsor Drawing service is permitted. Any person who attempts or encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses a device or artifice to enter or to encourage multiple or false entries as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry device is strictly prohibited.

 

Free Prize. (1) Free Mini Tipi Soiree will be awarded which consist of: 1 night Mini TiPi Tent Soiree Basic Birthday Sleepover Package rental, 4 additional Mini Tipi’s (for guest); 4 twin mattresses; 4 light wight blankets; 4 tray tables; 4 throw pillows; string garland; 4 mini lanterns; assorted décor as needed. Parent or Legal guardian must sign and assume responsibility for risk of damage to any items listed and left on premises by Sponsor. Parent or Legal guardian must sign and complete Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions form. Prior to scheduling the Mini TiPi Soiree, each accompanying child attending must have a singed waiver by their legal guardian. Any and all add-on’s separate from what is listed in the winning soiree package must be paid for within 1 week of the scheduled (“Free”) Mini TiPi Soiree. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to Sponsor to cover any incidentals which are NOT included in the Free Prize package. Winning Mini Soiree recipient’s birthday party will be scheduled as close to the winner’s birthday as possible. Winning Mini Soiree is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner agrees to accept Free Prize “as is” and entrance herby acknowledges that neither Sponsor or Administrator is in no way responsible no liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Winning Prize, including warranties provided by exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and condition may apply for add-on supplies, materials, décor, etc. Sponsor nor Administrator shall not be responsible, or liable in anyway for any cancellations, losses, or damages. Approximate retail value of the Winning Prize is $296.80. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual Wining Prize value will not be awarded. Winning Mini TiPi Soiree must take place 1yr or Winning Mini Soiree will be forfeited. Winner will be required to provide winning child’s social security number or visa number before prize can be awarded. A 1099 will be issued to Winner.  

 

Drawing. Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about the 30th of selected months at Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decision and interpretation on all matters relating to the Sponsor Drawing and these official rules and are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and my refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or who has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sponsor Drawing, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sponsor Drawing rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by (telephone and e-mail) whichever happens first. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone and email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize notification will be sent to winner by US Mail within fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly drawn. There will only be three (3) back up drawings per month. Upon receipt of winning prize, winner’s legal guardian must complete Sponsorship Acceptance Form providing Sponsor with all required documents, identification, and reservation information.

 

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sponsor Drawing.

 

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTEANT, TO DELIBERATLY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR—OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTERY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INERFER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGIMIATE OPERATION OF THE SPONSOR DRAWING , MAY BE A VILOATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMIDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

General Terms. By entering this Sponsor Drawing, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions and of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Winning prize is non-transferable or cannot be combined with any other coupons or sales. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sponsor Drawing. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, IT’S AFFILIATES, SUBSIDAIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE WINNING SLEEPOVER SOIREE AND SAID SWEEPTSAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winners, name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind of advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

 

Winner’s Name. The Winner’s name is available only within 365 days after the close of the Sponsor Drawing. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sponsorship Drawing Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at tipisoirees@gmail.com.
