TiPi Tent Soirees was created with the state of emergency in mind. We too wanted to get out and party, celebrate and enjoy life but that was not possible. So, we created this amazing company to provide a safe fun place where you and your family and friends can celebrate, in a safe and fashionable way!

 

Knowing how important cleanliness and safety are with everyone today, we too are taking extra measures to assure we are providing the safest environment possible for you and your guest. We have added extra steps to sanitize and clean with COVID-approved sanitation using Benzarid Hospital Grade Disinfectant for all items after each soiree.

It is our policy that all staff including vendors be masked at every delivery. We ask our guests who are receiving the set-up for the day to be masked as well. Your safety is our first priority. During these uncertain times, we want you and your guest to feel safe and secure while we are delivering and setting up for your event.

We want you and your guest to feel comfortable with our staff and your delivery knowing that we completely understand the importance of not spreading any Variant of the COVID infections. Therefore we know you will have confidence in knowing that ALL of our staff are vaccinated with booters but we do not require you and your guest to be vaccinated but heck, why not!

IMPORTANT INFO TO REMEMBER:

With COVID still affecting our communities, we understand that there may be a reason to change or postpone your event. WE MUST have at least a 48hr notification to assure your events change or you can risk loosing the opportunity in missing our on the next best date that works for you. Failure to do so could result in your date being pushed out due to availability and or loss of deposit.

Payments must be received in full 1 week prior to your event, NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS on soiree's cancelled or changed that are less than 1 week away from being notified of change. Please contact a soiree representative as soon as possible if you are having an issue with making your final payment, have contracted or been affected by COVID-19, we understand, things happen.
